Hence, all confirmed orders, their materials and finished goods, if desired by the project and our customers, can be arranged by Alupole to go for their related tests prior to their mass production which we of course, also highly recommend.

As for Mass Productions, Alupole further provides an In Process Inspection for production, Incoming Inspection for raw materials and Outgoing Inspection for finished goods. More than that, we consistently commit to share these routine tests and all their results to our customers to ensure that they always stay informed and on top of their projects, especially during the On-going Production. Alupole also has our very own specific record documentation for these activities to assert smooth inspections and clear understanding of their results, all always in-agreement and informed with our customers beforehand.

Before proceeding with Delivery, the Third-Party Inspection is usually conducted during the F.A.T. This is to confirm and establish that all of the products exceed the requirements agreed upon and guarantee customer satisfaction.

Besides that, Alupole’s Quality Management Services contextually ensures that all projects, products and tests are able to achieve its intended results by consistently having contingency plans for all possible risks while preventing and reducing these risks. Not only that, our QMS takes the extra mile to further mitigate any potential side effects in the case of an undesired
