Thorough and meticulous, we impose the strictest inspection policies and routine tests to make sure our products always maintain their high quality and innovation while ensuring to follow the appropriate local and international quality standards.

Inspection Policies

Our Approach to Quality Control

Inspections, also known as Routine Tests, are the most crucial stage during the whole production process. Only an effective Inspection Plan will ensure all of the products to have the best quality in the market. There are three different types of Inspections involved, Incoming, In Process and Outgoing. At every stage, the according inspections will be done by experienced Inspectors and monitored by Qualified Officers.

Inspections of our product are further divided to several categories:

Dimensional

At this stage the product will be inspected for their fabrication quality as well as their dimensional quality based on the Approved Drawings. Visual Investigations will also be executed at this stage for any defects such as scratches, burrs, cracks, welding defects, and etc.

Galvanizing

As the final protective layer for any steel product, this is the most crucial stage for the whole process to make sure the lifespan of the product will last longer and exceed our customer’s expectations. Based on the project, some of our structures only require Galvanizing while some may require both Galvanizing and Painting. This inspection will be done using a Calibrated Coating Thickness Gauge to make sure no misreading happens during the inspection.

Accessories

Inclusive of our Products and Raw Materials, the Accessories are also required to go through several routine tests to ensure all the specifications have been met. Dimensional and Galvanizing Inspections are also included as it specifically refers to the respective inspection standards.

Quantity

Our final inspection at every stage. Quantity Checking must be done to ensure no missing members, structures, accessories and etc. before the shipment of the goods. The quantity must be tally with the order quantity from the customer. Final quantity checking is also done after and during the F.A.T before delivery.
