Aluminium Structures/ Decorative Structures

Aluminium is used for products being installed within areas that are not suitable for Steel Structures like coastal areas or Chemical Plants, which have very corrosive environments. Additionally, Galvanization is not necessary to be used as the finishing for Aluminium Structures and our customers can go for Anodizing or Powder Coating instead which also has a more visually attractive appearance. This is because Aluminium is a highly suitable alternative to Steel. Within Alupole, while developing the Aluminium designs, we apply the Finite Element Method (FEM) and real-life simulation of the stresses of the Aluminium Structure, especially since Aluminium Poles in general have special extruded shapes. Similar to playdough, we are able to shape the pole designs within the simulations and “play around with it” to see how each design and calculation will work with different situational and environmental factors. From there, Alupole is able to successfully design and manufacture any Aluminium structure desired and have them successfully installed and established in the intended location no matter how corrosive the environment is for a long time.

Aluminium Hinge Poles

Similar to their Steel counterparts, Hinge Poles are used for the maintenance team to easily access the top area for servicing without the inconvenience of using heavy lifting equipment while saving maintenance costs. Applying Aluminium materials instead of the usual Steel creates Hinge Pole Structures that are lighter, can withstand highly corrosive environments, have a longer durability and have a longer lifetime.
