Steel Structures

Alupole stays ahead of our competitors through quality and skill as we have special optimization techniques like the Finite Element Analysis that can create any lightweight structures with more than enough strength
to be established in any and all situations and environments

Electrical Structures

Structures in general, depending on their designs, have complicated sections in certain parts that if not calculated or manufactured properly, can break the product and allow for failure and future damages. However, Alupole’s engineers have the skillset and education to create any design desired and make them strong enough to ensure that all parts will not break and fall apart in any test, situation, environment and future.

Electrical Transmission Structures

Electrical Transmission Structures can be separated into two different Structures; Electrical Transmission Lattice Towers and Electrical Transmission Poles. These structures are usually used to carry power distribution lines throughout the country. Alupole can provide any design and supply capabilities required by the respective countries’ energy or power providers, and can go up to 1500kV of transmission lines, or if desired, even more. Usually, Electrical Transmission Lattice Tower Structures are required when the installation sites are in rural areas with limited accessibilities. These types of structures provide lighter structural weight and are much easier for transportation due to their smaller and lighter members. On the other hand, Electrical Transmission Pole Structures are usually required with installation sites in urban areas. With this structure, all necessary installation equipment can be used as they are more accessible in the area. This pole type installation commonly uses High-Capacity Cranes to lift up the Poles section by section.

Electrical Substation Structures

Substations regulate, increase and decrease incoming powers from power plants before it is distributed to residential and commercial areas via distribution lines. In Alupole, our design and supply capabilities can go up to 1500kV of substation structures, and more. Similar to Electrical Transmission Structures, there are two different types of Electrical Substation Structures that Alupole can design; Electrical Substation Lattice Towers and Electrical Substation Poles. Electrical Substation Lattice Tower Structures are commonly used for smaller voltage substations, especially for substations located at rural areas with limited accessibilities. However, Electrical Substation Pole Structures, also called A-Frame, are usually used for high voltage substations (500kV and above). Installing these structures are much more easier and faster with less section members comparatively to the Lattice Structures.

Telecommunication Structures

There are two different structural types of Telecommunication Structures: Telecommunication Lattice Towers and Telecommunication Poles. Here in Alupole, we ensure that our Telecommunication Lattice Towers are carefully and specially designed to completely utilise the angles of the Lattice structure to cater to the heavy loads of the equipment that are to be installed on them. Usually, the design structure of Lattice Towers makes them much more recommendable for immense structural heights than Pole Structures with the same desired height or structural weight due to their more balanced and stronger structure. Alupole’s Telecommunication Poles are also ensured to be carefully and specially designed to carry the required heavy loads of equipment upon them by applying the Finite Element Method that ensures that during the tests and establishments of the Poles, there will be no failures. Moreover, Alupole has the capabilities and verified certificates to design and supply these kinds of Poles.

Telecommunication Camouflage

Telecommunication Camouflage Structures serve the same purpose of the other two Telco Structures however, this structure comes with a camouflage decorative design for visual appearances. Unlike the normal Telecommunication designs of the standard white and red colour paint, the Telecommunication Camouflage design will be painted with the required colours of our Customer or colours that we can help decide upon that will match its surrounding environment. Usually, these Telecommunication structures are also preferred to be decorated with tree-like or branches-like structures.

Lighting Poles

Poles in general, depending on their designs, have complicated small parts in each structure that if not calculated or manufactured properly, can allow the Pole to break, cause possible failures and future damages. However, by our applying the Finite Element Method, Alupole can create any kind of design and still make it strong enough within the complicated small sections of the Pole to ensure that the Pole does not break and fall apart in any test, situation, environment and future.

Street Lighting

There exists a wide variety of Street Lighting Poles around the world that Alupole can design, manufacture and supply for our customers. We have catered to Poles of affordable, budgetary and standard heights, and we have participated with Poles of premium, decorative, heavy resistance, special-purpose and fantastical structures. The Goose Neck design especially, one of the most common Street Lighting Pole types, is a Pole that Alupole has an abundance variety of height and sub structural designs of. Sometimes Street Lighting Poles are also used to mount cameras and advertisement banners, thus Alupole always ensures to carefully design the poles to become multi-purpose, allowing the Poles to be able to cater to all respective loads in which Alupole has all the capabilities.

Flood Lighting Poles/High Masts

Flood Lighting Poles, also known as High Masts, are structures whose purpose is to mount Flood Lights or any other kind of High-Powered Lighting Systems. These floodlights can be arranged to emit lights in one direction like for stadium lightings, or in all directions like for storage yards or fun fairs. High Masts are also usually mandatory to be installed as aviation warning lights for airfields and aircrafts as High Masts can be built to immense heights. As the design of the Poles depend on the total load of the Lighting equipment, Alupole has the capabilities and experience in creating any kind of design or the targeted design of the customer for the Pole, regardless of the heavy weight of the equipment and ensuring the correct arrangement of the floodlights. We have also been involved in several High Masts projects where we were able to meticulously calculate, design and manufacture our Flood Lighting Poles to be at the lowest weight possible while catering to the highest possible equipment loads.

Hinge Poles

As explained within the name of the Hinge Poles, these are poles that are designed with hinges either at the bottom, top or middle position. The most commonly applied Hinge Pole is the Mid-Hinge Pole. The purpose for these Hinge Poles is to allow the poles to be brought down easily to allow them to become more accessible for the maintenance team to access the top area without the need to use any heavy lifting equipment, such as the Sky Lift, since the maintenance area of the Poles are usually at the top. Thus, in long term the Hinge Poles will help to save a lot of maintenance cost. With attentive care, Alupole ensures to design our Hinge Poles with the Health, Safety and Security of the maintenance team in consideration.
