Electrical Products

Electrical Transmission Structures

Electrical Transmission poles are usually used to carry the power distribution lines throughout the country. Required by the respective countries energy/power provider. Alupole design and supply capabilities are up to 700kV of transmission lines. Usually pole structures are required when the installation site is in urban areas where all the necessary installation equipment can be used. This pole type installation may require high capacity cranes to lift up the poles section by sections.

Substations

Substations purpose are to regulate/increase/decrease incoming powers from power plants before it distributed to residential and commercial areas via distribution lines. Alupole design and supply capabilities are up to 700kV of substation structures. Pole structures which also called A-Frame are usually used for high voltage substations, 700kV and above. The installation is easier and faster with less section members.

Telecommunication Structure

Telco Poles

Telecommunication or Telco poles are structures that used to mount radio or signal antenna for telco purposes. It also usually comes with satellite dishes. These Telco’s equipment must be designed to cater to very heavy loads and stringent development criteria.

Telecommunication Lattice Towers

Serves the same purpose with the pole types only with Geometric difference. Lsattice Telco towers utilize the angle steel which are carefully designed to cater the heavy loads of Telco equipment. In general, lattice towers can be designed higher and stronger than poles with the same height or structural weight. Therefore, usually the lattice towers became the product of choice when structural height required are immense.

Lighting Products

Street Lighting

There are wide variety of Street Lighting Poles which depend on requirements by client. There are premium decorative and special-purpose poles and there are also premium/decorative/heavy resistance poles. The most common street lighting pole types are goose neck design in which Alupole has variety of height for subb structural design. Sometimes these poles are also used to mount the camera or even advertisement banner, therefore in order to multi-purpose, the poles must be carefully designed to cater all the respective loads in which Alupole has all the capabilities.

Hinge Poles

Hinge pole, as the name explained are the poles that designed with hinges either at the bottom or middle position. The purpose of the hinge to be able to brought down is so that the maintenance team can access the top area without using any heavy lifting equipment such as sky lift since the maintenance area of the pole are usually at the top. Therefore, there will be a lot of savings in maintenance and cost in the long term

Decorative Products

Advertisement Structures

Advertisement structures are used to mount advertisement board or video display. Usually installed within high density crowd of people in order to maximize the viewers. It also usually installed along the highways or flyovers to target the passing cars. This structure can be designed to mount the CCTV cameras and lightings.

Decorative Street Lighting Poles

As the name itself explained, with the function of regular street lighting pole but with pleasant design appearance. These kind poles are usually installed in city area or parks or any high desirability area. This poles can be designed to install together additional mounting for banner or CCTV cameras. These poles can be custom designed as per requirement or can be choose from Alupole’s wide array of pre-existing design. This finishing of this poles are generally powder coated instead of normal galvanizing. Therefore, the pole colors can be choose or it can be a combination of multiple colors. The design of these poles are specifically catered to the need of the environment around it.
